Where Can I Get My Film Developed?

You can get your film developed at Rewind Photo Lab, our preferred photo lab for processing. They can develop the photos as physical prints or digital scans, which are emailed to your phone. Processing times will vary based on the individual lab, however it often takes between 1-3 business days to receive your photos

Can I Carry My Film in My Hand Luggage When Travelling?

Always carry your film in your hand luggage when travelling. The X-Ray scanners at customs used to inspect carry-on luggage use a low level of radiation and won’t cause noticeable damage to your film photos

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Our order processing time typically takes 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been processed for shipment, we may not be able to make any changes.
